Go to bpexch.run/register and complete the three-step form. You need your Pakistani mobile number, a password, your full name as on your CNIC, and your date of birth. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. Your account is active the moment you submit – no waiting for manual approval. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the bpexch platform. Date of birth is required at registration and is verified during the KYC process before your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately, regardless of balance. bpexch takes its 18+ policy seriously.

No. Each person may hold only one bpexch account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and result in account closure. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support at support@bpexch.run immediately. The team will consolidate or remove the duplicate and keep the correct account active.

Log in, go to Account Settings, and submit a mobile number change request. Identity verification via CNIC is required. The change takes up to 24 hours. If you no longer have access to your old number at all, contact bpexch support with your CNIC details and the support team will verify you via an alternative method.

Email support@bpexch.run from your registered email (or state your mobile number if no email is on file) and request account closure. Withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure. bpexch will process the closure within 48 hours. If you are closing your account due to problem gambling concerns, consider using the self-exclusion tool instead – see Responsible Gaming.

KYC is only required before your first withdrawal. You need a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC, plus a screenshot of your payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash wallet screen, or bank statement) showing your name. Upload these once through the Cashier section under Verification. Most accounts are verified within 24 hours. After verification, all future withdrawals are processed without any hold.

No. Email is optional at bpexch. Your Pakistani mobile number is the only required contact credential. Adding an email is recommended for account recovery purposes, but it is not mandatory to register, deposit, or play. If you add an email later, go to Account Settings and add it under Contact Details.

Go to the bpexch login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and you will receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS. Use the OTP to set a new password. The process takes under three minutes. If you do not receive the OTP within two minutes, check that you are entering the correct registered number and try again. Still stuck? Deposits 7

bpexch accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR – no currency conversion needed. New payment methods are added periodically; check the Cashier for the current full list.

The minimum deposit via Easypaisa and JazzCash is Rs 200. For bank IBFT and card payments, minimums may vary slightly – the exact minimum is shown in the Cashier at the time of transaction. There is no stated maximum on a single deposit, though individual payment methods and daily bank limits may apply on the payment provider's end.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your bpexch balance within seconds of confirmation. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. Bank IBFT transfers generally appear within a few minutes during normal business hours but can take up to 30 minutes during peak times or late at night. Card deposits are usually instant. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

First, check your Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank SMS or app to confirm the transaction went through on the payment provider's side. If the payment provider confirms the funds were deducted, contact bpexch support at support@bpexch.run and include your transaction ID or reference number, the amount, the payment method used, and the date and time. bpexch typically resolves missing deposit cases within a few hours.

No. bpexch requires that the payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name on your verified bpexch account. Third-party deposits are not accepted. This is a fraud prevention and KYC compliance requirement. If your Easypaisa or JazzCash account is registered to a family member's name, you will need to update your payment method to one that matches your own CNIC name.

Withdrawals 6

Log in, go to the Cashier, and select Withdraw. Choose your payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, etc.), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. First-time withdrawals trigger KYC verification – upload your CNIC and payment method proof once. After that, withdrawals process without further documentation.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash from verified accounts process in under 10 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically complete within a few hours during business hours and may take up to 24 hours on weekends or public holidays. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

The minimum withdrawal at bpexch is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For bank IBFT withdrawals, the minimum may be higher depending on the bank. There is no penalty for withdrawing small amounts, but processing fees from payment providers may reduce the net amount received on very small withdrawals.

Bonus balances at bpexch become withdrawable only after the associated wagering requirements have been completed. Your real-money balance and bonus balance are displayed separately in your account.
