BPExch Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you and bpexch regarding your use of the bpexch platform, accessible at bpexch.run and its associated mobile interface. By registering an account with bpexch, logging into an existing account, or using any product available on the bpexch platform, you agree unconditionally to these Terms in their current form.

bpexch is an online betting and gaming platform operated for Pakistani players. All monetary amounts on bpexch are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The platform offers a sportsbook covering cricket, football, esports, and other sports, an online casino, Ludo Games, roulette, and virtual sports.

These Terms apply to all products and features of the bpexch platform. Product-specific rules for promotions, individual sports betting markets, and casino games are governed by additional rules published within those sections of bpexch. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the more specific rule applies to that product and these Terms apply to everything else.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with bpexch you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• Be a natural person and not registering on behalf of a business or organisation.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your mobile number, and any other details requested.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bpexch.
• Not be self-excluded from the bpexch platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold one active bpexch account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If bpexch detects that a member holds more than one account – whether detected at registration or at any later point – all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending review. If you believe your account has been duplicated in error, contact bpexch support immediately.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bpexch login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. bpexch will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone other than you, notify bpexch support immediately and change your password. bpexch cannot accept responsibility for losses arising from a member sharing or losing control of their login details.

2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided to bpexch at registration and during subsequent verification must be accurate. Providing false details – including false names, false dates of birth, or someone else's CNIC information – constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. bpexch cross-references member information with payment method details and reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bpexch operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible operating standards. All members must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal from bpexch. Verification may also be triggered earlier at bpexch's discretion.

3.1 Required Documents

The standard bpexch KYC process requires the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) showing both front and back.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation from your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay account, or bank statement showing your name and account number matching the details registered on bpexch.

Additional documentation may be requested in specific circumstances, including a selfie holding your CNIC, proof of address, or source of funds documentation for high-value transactions. bpexch will notify you specifically if additional documents are required and explain the reason for the request.

3.2 Verification Timeframes

Standard KYC review at bpexch is completed within 24 hours of document submission during normal business hours on Pakistan Standard Time. During peak periods or for complex cases, this may extend to 48 hours. Withdrawals are held pending verification completion but deposits and gameplay can continue during this period.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bpexch accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (wallet transfer)
• SadaPay (wallet transfer)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

bpexch does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Third-party deposits – where funds arrive from an account belonging to someone other than the registered bpexch member – are not permitted and will be returned less any processing fees incurred.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit at bpexch is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the bpexch cashier section at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

bpexch processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts within the following timeframes, measured from the moment the withdrawal request is approved by the bpexch payments team:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically under 10 minutes
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically under 15 minutes
• Bank IBFT: typically 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 banking days depending on the issuing bank

Withdrawal requests that arrive during overnight hours or Pakistani public holidays may experience slightly longer processing times. bpexch does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals to verified accounts. Any fees applied by the recipient payment network are outside bpexch's control.

4.4 Withdrawal from Bonus Balances

Funds derived from bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements for that bonus have been met in full. The bpexch cashier clearly separates your real money balance from your bonus balance at all times. See Section 5 for full bonus and promotion terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bpexch offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bpexch bonuses are governed by individual promotion terms published on the bpexch Promotions page, plus the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the individual promotion terms take precedence for the specific promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• One bonus per member, per promotion period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• bpexch reserves the right to cancel, alter, or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Attempting to abuse bpexch bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of bonus exploitation will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses obtained through referral programmes are subject to the referring member's account being in good standing.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bpexch bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in its individual terms on the bpexch Promotions page. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general rules apply:

• Sportsbook bets placed on selections with odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100% to wagering requirements.
• Sportsbook bets placed at odds below 1.50 contribute 20% to wagering requirements.
• Cashout, void, or cancelled bets do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Casino slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute 10% unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus balance being removed at expiry.

5.3 Promotional Codes

Where a bpexch promotion requires the entry of a promotional code, the code must be entered at the time of deposit or registration as instructed. Retroactive application of promotional codes after a deposit has been made without the code is not possible. bpexch promotional codes are for use by the intended recipient only and may not be publicly shared in ways that violate the specific promotion's terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on bpexch are final once confirmed via the bet slip. You are responsible for checking all bet selections, stake amounts, and potential returns before confirming. bpexch will not void bets due to member error once a bet has been accepted, except in circumstances covered by bpexch's standard void rules.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

bpexch reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to: bets placed after an event has started where the platform did not intend to offer in-play betting on that market, bets placed on markets affected by a technical error in odds pricing, and bets placed by accounts under review for bonus abuse or suspicious activity.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet placed on bpexch will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold for settlement purposes is reached.
• A market is suspended or removed due to a technical error or data feed failure affecting odds integrity.
• The event or market is determined to be invalid by bpexch or the relevant sporting body.
• A palpable error in odds pricing is identified by bpexch (see Section 6.5).

6.4 Postponed Events

If a sporting event covered by bpexch is postponed to a date within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will remain active and settle on the rescheduled date. If the event is postponed by more than 24 hours, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets placed after a match has started are governed by the specific settlement rules for the market in question.

6.5 Palpable Errors

A palpable error is a clearly incorrect odds price caused by a technical or human error. If bpexch identifies that odds were offered in error at a price significantly outside the correct market rate, bpexch reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. bpexch will always notify affected members when palpable error voids are applied.

6.6 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings on a single bet or accumulator at bpexch are capped at the limits displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing. Payout caps vary by sport, market, and bet type. The applicable cap is always visible on the bpexch bet slip before you confirm your bet.

7 Casino and Games Rules

The bpexch online casino section, including live casino, slots, table games, Ludo Games, and virtual sports, is subject to these general Terms plus the specific rules of each individual game as provided by the game operator or software provider. The rules of each game are accessible from within the game interface on bpexch.

7.1 Game Fairness

All bpexch casino games are supplied by licensed third-party providers whose RNG (random number generator) engines are independently certified for fairness. Virtual sports events on bpexch are similarly driven by certified RNG outcomes. bpexch does not operate its own RNG engine for casino games and relies on provider certification for fairness assurance. Provider certification details are available on request from bpexch support.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session on bpexch – including disconnection, server error, or game software crash – bpexch will attempt to restore the game session to its pre-failure state. Where this is not possible, bpexch will apply fair resolution based on the state of the game at the point of failure as recorded in game logs. bpexch's decision on technical failure resolutions is final.

7.3 Game Restrictions

Some games on bpexch may not contribute to wagering requirements or may be excluded from specific bonus offers. Restricted games are listed in individual promotion terms. bpexch reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games in its casino lobby at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

bpexch is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting its members from gambling-related harm. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from the account settings section on bpexch:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits on your bpexch account. Reduction requests take effect immediately. Increase requests require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set pop-up reminders at defined intervals during active play on bpexch to prompt you to review how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a temporary break from the bpexch platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum 6-month or permanent exclusion from the bpexch platform. Self-exclusion requests are applied within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to use these tools and to visit the bpexch Responsible Gaming page for guidance and support resources available for players in Pakistan. bpexch does not target marketing at members who have self-excluded or applied cooling-off periods.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by BPExch

bpexch reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any product-specific rules.
• Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Operating duplicate accounts.
• Suspected bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated account abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account requested to be closed by the member themselves.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bpexch will notify the member of the suspension and the approximate timeframe for investigation. Any funds confirmed as legitimately belonging to the member at the conclusion of the investigation will be returned.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may close your bpexch account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any active bets will be settled when their events conclude. Pending withdrawals will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10 Fraud and Security

bpexch operates active fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual account activity, suspicious betting patterns, and payment irregularities. Behaviour that bpexch identifies as potentially fraudulent, including but not limited to: use of stolen payment credentials, exploiting technical errors in odds or casino RNG, coordinated multi-account betting, or any other activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage over the platform, may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

bpexch uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, bpexch cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of cyber threat and accepts no liability for losses arising from external security breaches beyond its reasonable control, provided bpexch has maintained appropriate security standards. Members are responsible for the security of their own devices and login credentials.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bpexch platform – including but not limited to the bpexch brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and written content – is the intellectual property of bpexch or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or commercially exploit any bpexch content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for its intended betting and gaming purposes is permitted under these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

bpexch provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While bpexch makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside bpexch's reasonable control.

bpexch's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of the member's current real-money balance at the time the claim arises. bpexch accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses, including losses of anticipated profits, betting or gaming winnings that were not realised due to a platform issue, or reputational harm.

Nothing in these Terms limits bpexch's liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bpexch may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes – those that affect member rights, payment terms, or significant platform rules – will be communicated to registered members by email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Minor corrections, clarifications, and non-material updates may be applied without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at bpexch.run/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. Continued use of bpexch after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you should close your account before the new Terms take effect.

14 Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about bpexch – whether regarding a bet settlement, a payment issue, a bonus dispute, or any other matter – the bpexch complaints process is as follows:

• Step 1: Contact bpexch support via live chat or email at support@bpexch.run with a clear description of your complaint and any relevant details (account ID, bet reference, date, and amount).
• Step 2: bpexch support will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request escalation to the bpexch complaints review team, who will review your case independently and provide a final decision within 14 business days.

bpexch's final decision on complaints is binding on both parties. Members are encouraged to keep records of all relevant communication and transaction details when raising a complaint.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the bpexch platform are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bpexch operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the bpexch complaints process described in Section 14.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, that provision will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bpexch regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
